what you need
To view On Demand events on MI Streamnet, you will need the newest version of Adobe Flash Player (recommended) or Apple QuickTime Player. For Live events, you must use Apple Quicktime Player for the time being. For additional viewing instructions, download this PDF file.

todo before a live event
Since Live events occur at a specific time, viewers should test their connection a few days before the event by selecting 'Live Video Stream' from the left navigation area. There is usually a test stream showing color bars and a steady tone. If you can view this test stream, you will be able to view the Live event. If you have trouble, see the 'Tech Support' section.
