Since Live events occur at a specific time, viewers should test their connection a few days before the event by selecting 'Live Video Stream' from the left navigation area.There is usually a test stream showing color bars and a steady tone.

If you can view the test stream, you will be able to view the Live event. If you have trouble, see the 'Tech Support' section.
